Dr. Amy, Linda, and Eric Banter discuss how they use meditation to help them be kind loving people.
Linda shares how her meditation practice moves from being in the moment, listening to the birds and her surrounding, to being still in the mind, and how this has served her well in her life.
Dr. Amy shares her story about how someone at work who asked her how she is able to stay so calm amid the high pace high stress demands of her Family Practice Office. She shares how her daily practice of meditation has allowed her to react consciously to life situations in a calm, collective, and beneficial way. She even meditates with her dog!
Eric shares that he learned his meditation practice from his mom around the age of 10 years old and uses it today to help him stay connected with the body, mind, and soul. He shares how he uses white light visualization, moving and still meditation to help him become more in-tune with the loving whispers of God within him.
Linda closes with how unique meditation practices are from person to person and encourages us to find a practice that works for us.
