In this episode Doug and Eric discuss the benefits of exercise.
They share how the way they exercise has changed over time based on what was best for their bodies. They realize that exercise has helped them physically, mentally, and emotionally and see that it is something that we need to do a little bit everyday. They discuss the changes in the body's chemistry when we exercise to include dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin and that serotonin helps an individuals mood, well-being, appetite and sleep cycles.
